Yes. You can reserve a room with a fully refundable deposit and cancel free of charge if your place at university falls through — just let us know before the term starts.

A full-year contract runs for around 51 weeks and suits most students. Term-time contracts run only during teaching weeks and cost more per week, but suit students going home over the summer.
Ensuite rooms have a private bathroom and share a kitchen. Studios are fully self-contained with their own kitchenette. Apartments are shared flats of two or more ensuite bedrooms with a joint kitchen and living space.
